Emerald Valley Care strives to elevate the quality of life for those living with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Neurocognitive Disorders. We provide individualized care management related to challenging behaviors utilizing Positive Behavior Supports.
Emerald Valley Care, located in Eugene, Oregon, has over 15 years of experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities as well as those with Neurocognitive Disorders (Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Traumatic Brain injury). Emerald Valley Care is endorsed to provide Behavior Professional Services through Oregon Department of Disability Services and Behavior Support Services for Aging and People with Disabilities / Seniors and Disability Services. Through our Certified Brain Injury Specialist, we offer services tailored to those who are impacted by brain injuries.
Our services build care plans that include support to those who provide care and implement plans, this is how we ensure plans are effective and beneficial for our clients.
